Search Worthy.
I have to start out with what I found on my Feedjit live stream. Feedjit is the thing that you see on the lower right side of my page that shows me where people are coming from. This is one of the ways that I can track and see what parts of the nation, continent, and world people are coming from to visit fit with a purpose. It's fun to see some of this. I don't check it that often, but love to see how and when someone gets there from a search in Google.
Google has been my friend lately.
I copied and cropped three of the searches that are pretty recent so that you could enjoy them with me. Check them out below. You may have to click on the picture to see it clearly.
If you are the owner of any of the searches -- Welcome! It's great to have you. Fit with a purpose is a relaxed environment. You won't be seeing a very skinny man doing push-ups though, but rather a man that is getting skinny by doing push-ups. :)
Awesome NSV's.
I had debated as to write a post tonight due to being tired. I got to bed late last night and today has moved by rather slowly. That is what we are usually wanting though isn't it - for it to seem that we have more time? That just registered - I had a nice long day. Moving on.
Today, I just wanted to send you all in the direction of a few people. I don't have any Great Non Scale Victories of my own, but these people do. Go send these people some of the encouragement that you get from all of us!
Kelsey over at fatgirlconfessions2.0 has been having a rough time lately. As for the NSV - she might not realize it, but her determination to keep going through the rough times plays huge in her success. She is rather new to the weight loss world and could really use the encouragement. She needs you all right now to show her some lovin.
Jer over at Jer is Losing it... just found out not too long ago that she is going to be featured in a magazine! It is the KC FITNESS magazine that I love so much too! How crazy is that? She has lost 100+ lbs on her journey and just got some photo shoot pics back. Go check her out and show her what encouragement looks like!
Last one today.
Mac at Get Fit Slowly. I've mentioned Mac a few times on this site and you may already read him, but if you don't -- go check him out. He just ran 26.2 miles. He ran a marathon. This guy had trouble going up the stairs in the beginning. Go look at him now!
I hope you all had a great day!
What is it about the blogging community that you like the most?!

The support and the connections you make to people is what I love most about the blogging community.
I was a little hesitant at first but I'm glad I did.
i have meet some amazing people.
thanks for the links Seth, I will be sure to check them out.
The support, period.
I don't think I could have done this and kept after it like I have without the kind of support I have recieved...it has lifted me up in almost every way.
LOL picture of skinny man doing pushups!
As far as my favorite part of blogging, I like keeping up with and getting to know my group of regulars. Sometimes we don't even talk about weight loss, we just talk, and that's cool.
Aw! Thank you so much for the shoutout! I just hit 50 followers. I was pretty excited about that. :)
Congrats on your NSV!
Blogging keeps me accountable and on track.
I think a huge part of my weight loss success is in part thanks to the bloging community and the positive comments I get from my posts.
Also, reading others blogs helps keep me motivated and "in the zone"
Damn, I wonder what people search for to get to my blog. HM. I hope people search for something. The Matrix?
Anyway, what I love about the blogging community is the support and the ideas! As well as the accountability. I mean, knowing that people are out there reading and looking at me as an inspiration means I gotta keep doing my best. Not saying I gotta be PERFECT but having my blog makes me cross off my excuses. It's great. And, it helps me set goals. BIG goals.
The support and knowing that others are on the same journey - fighting the same battle!
I like the support and I also like how I learn about other people's journeys. It's my virtual version of people watching.
Seeing how people get to your blog is one of the funniest things about blogging. To date, the strangest search that landed on my page was "appalachian trail gallstones". I just thought, WTH????? Apparently in my post I mentioned both the fact that I had surgery for gallstones and I made a joke about needing to look professional and not like someone who'd just spent time on the appalachian trail... I'm guessing the poor soul who reached my page didn't find what they were looking for.
The support and motivation I get from the blogging community is amazing. I don't think I'd be successful without it!
I like the free chips and salsa.
Oh the blogging community, sorry I still have Cinco De Mayo on my brain.
I think the ocassional pearls of wisdom you find in post.
I like the support and the accountability.
The community is the best ever. I really feel like there are people out there rooting for me to succeed. It doesn't get any better than that!
the support and motivation!!!
Thanks so much for the shout-out! I have gotten lots of love and encouragement and am so thankful for this push to keep going.
You're awesome, Seth. Keep up the amazing bloggin'
Thanks for the link Seth! I like being able to ask questions to other people in situations like myself!
I like that you guys get me. You understand why I'm fighting this fight and how hard it is.
The motivation and inspiration for sure!
That's awesome. :) For me... I like the accountability. Even if I have a bad week, I like knowing that I really need to weigh in and just be truthful, because everyone else is.
Love the support and advice that you receive from people who seem more "real" :)
Seth, Hi... new to your blog and it looks like a good one! Just starting my own weight loss mission, in third week, and I've found that blogging has been a huge help with accountability. I try to post everyday and I dread the thought of posting bad performance from the day before.
Other than accountability it has to be the support of the community here that is priceless. So many ideas, so many tips, so many people engaged in a similar mission. I can't imagine not checking in daily to see what others have to share.
Connecting with people from many countries and walks of life that I would normally never get the chance to meet.
I have not been blogging along. While I do not have many readers.I just realized I need to get out in mingle (how much like real life this thing is!) But, I enjoy reading everyone striving to their goals. Seeing everyone grow over the time is great to witness and be a part of!
