I know that this is the moment that you all have been waiting for! Who doesn't love a good giveaway?! I have reached and surpassed the halfway mark to my goal of 1,010 miles by foot this year. I have overcome many obstacles along the way -- including that broken ankle of mine and have lost a whopping 47 lbs since starting this year and 66 lbs since starting my fitness journey!

If you cannot tell -- I'm pretty stoked about this. It's all down hill from here!

Why would I like these prizes?

MOTIVATION!!

The jumprope I have is frayed and has a rainbow pattern. A child's rope (I've had it since I was young). It doesn't really work for my size anymore. I also LOVE subway! My favorite sub is a six inch chicken breast with spinach, low fat mayo, tomatoes, and banana peppers. Yum!

Your favorite post is any one with pictures from your running adventures. I especially like the eight ball...your city has personality!

My favorite simple exercise is biking. It's easy of the joints, gets you places, and is a very big stress reliever. I love it - my bike is my baby!

There are multiple reasons that I would love to win this giveaway:

1. I need a good pair of headphones.

2. I would love to have my own exercise ball, and not have to depend on the one at the gym.

2 These prizes are amazing! The jumprope is awesome just because it's been YEARS since I've jumproped!! I used to do it all the time! And the fitness ball is just a great workout accessory, and so fun! I love being organized so the planner is wonderful! and subway.....you just can't say enough about wonderful subway! I saw someone said they always get spinach on theirs...I didn't know subway offered that!

I want the prizes I have a subway I can ride my bike to and maybe I could be the next subway chic! Really I want the stinkin' ball you would understand if you seen mine all duct taped up and stuff ( I moed and in turn lost the darn plug) in short duct tape doesnt work!

I know this might upset you but I love the fact that you don't lose 10 pounds at a time. Even though you're a GUY, you lose somewhat 'normally.'

I love that you share your faith, in your own way.

All by itself the Subway gift card would make me excited because it would buy me a couple of lunches when I'm in a pinch!

Fav Simple Excercise:

Simple heel raises(?) I guess they would be called. Where you stand on a stair and go up and down . . . love the feeling you get when your legs start shaking . . . .

And as far as a simple exercise, I'm not sure what it's called, but like triceps extension (I think) where you have a hand weight over your head and drop it down and raise up over your head. Very simple for me to do while I am at work...

I would like to win these prized because I'm always looking for ways to mix it up with my exercise. The exercise ball and jump rope would really help with that. And we have a subway about 0.8 mi from my office, i could walk there and back for lunch for some added exercise. :-)
